Team registration  will be required to provide all registration forms and a check for $300 DEPOSIT with $600 balance to be paid at 1st Game.

RULES

 A waiver must be completed for US Lacrosse/Inside-Out Lacrosse as well as Southwest Soccer prior to participation. Waivers can be downloaded from www.letsplaysoccer.com and the link at the bottom of the page.
